This is a hybrid position and must be located within 100 miles of the Rochester, MN campus of on-site expectations.
The Belonging program manager is responsible for development, coordination, maintenance and support of programs, events, projects, and an integrated and formal infrastructure for the office and in support of Mayo Clinic's belonging strategic plan and roadmap. Partners with the Administrative Director of Belonging to execute operational goals, ensure effective and efficient operations, and coordinate resources to achieve strategic priorities. Plans, directs, coordinates and delivers activities pertaining to Mayo Employee Resource Groups and is responsible for helping guide, develop and oversee budgets for sponsored programs and events. Provides consultative expertise and responds to inquiries/questions regarding site programs, initiatives, events and procedures and guidelines. Provides support, resources and direction to Department Diversity Leaders (DDLs). Serves as a liaison representing Belonging on other committees, task forces, institutional or community initiatives, as appropriate. Uses effective project management skills and may lead large projects.

A Bachelor's degree required in a related field, which may include management, business, communications, marketing, public or health care administration, human resources, human resources development or similar field and at least three years professional experience in field of belonging and related business experience, including program, project, and/or event management experience.
Master's degree preferred.
