This role partners closely with business stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver value, resilience, and innovation while ensuring compliance and responsible procurement practices.
This position plays a key role in shaping supplier strategies, delivering financial and ESG outcomes, and advancing Procurement’s impact across the Joints franchise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution ofProcurement category strategies for Jointsto build a competitive, reliable, and innovative supply base.
Align category strategies withbusiness priorities, long‑range plans, and enterpriseobjectives
Deliver financial targets, includingcost savings and working capital improvements, while supporting service, ESG, and innovation goals.
Provide end‑to‑end category leadership acrosssourcing, supplier management, contracting, and performance management
Engage and partner with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements and provideexternal market and industry insights
Stewardprocurementgovernance, financial policy, andresponsible sourcing standards
Leverage digital procurement tools and analytics to improvecategory performance and decision‑making

Orchestrate delivery of procurement services through close collaboration across the commercial organization.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degreerequired(Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field).
MBAor other advanced degree preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
Minimum 5 years of experiencein Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain, ora relateddiscipline.
Experience managingcommercial or business‑facing spend categories, preferably within MedTech or regulated environments.
Strong understanding ofcategory strategy development, sourcing, and supplier management
Demonstrated ability to deliver against a balanced set offinancial, service, and ESG KPIs
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to work effectively in amatrixed, cross‑functional organization
Preferred:
Experience supportingJoints or orthopedics‑related categories
Exposure todigital procurement tools andanalytics‑driven sourcing.
Experience drivingprocurement transformation or operating model improvements
Background in fast‑moving consumer goods, MedTech, or healthcare industries.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
