Your role
You will develop and implement the global strategy in the areas of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
You will introduce the global BCM & HSE function and the associated processes at selected Ivoclar sites and be responsible for their continuous improvement and further development.
The preparation of BCM and HSE key performance indicators falls within your remit.
You will evaluate the key performance indicators, identify any necessary measures and monitor their implementation
As an internal auditor, you will ensure your auditing expertise is available to external audit partners.
Your profile
A higher technical qualification (e.g. a Master’s degree or MBA in safety/risk management) as well as specialized further training in the fields of BCM and HSE
Professional experience in the field of BCM or HSE
In-depth knowledge of the ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 and 9001:2015 standards
Experience in project management
Excellent written and spoken German and English
