This roleis responsible forleading banking operations and cash managementactivities,ensuring strong liquidity, effective risk management, and compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. The Manager, Banking & CashMgmtplays a critical role in supporting business continuity,optimizingworking capital, and enabling strategic growth for DePuy Synthes through disciplined treasury execution and regional partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional banking and cash managementoperations,ensuringtimelyaccess to liquidity and efficient cashutilization

  • Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning, partnering with regional and global finance teams to support business needs.

  • Manage bank relationships, including account structures, services, pricing reviews, and ongoing performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, SOX controls, and applicable regional banking and regulatory requirements.

  • Support working capital optimization initiatives, including cash concentration, intercompany funding, and payment strategy improvements.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Tax, Accounting, FP&A, and regional Finance leaders to support intercompany settlements, dividends, and funding strategies.

  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across treasury operations,leveragingsystems, automation, and best practices.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development to team members and regional stakeholders involved in banking and cash management activities.

  • Lead a team of1-2 Analysts

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, ora relatedfield.

  • Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree in Finance or Business.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 6-8 years of progressive experiencein treasury, banking, cash management, or corporate finance, with exposure to international operations.

  • Demonstrated experience managing regional or global banking structures and cash management activities.

  • Strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash forecasting, and treasury controls.

  • Experience working with financial institutions and negotiating banking services and fees.

  • Ability to partner effectively across functions and regions in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Deepexpertiseand hands-on experiencewithTreasury Technologysolutionsarea must,particularly Kyriba

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience supportingdifferentmarkets ina multinational environment.

  • Familiarity withwithenterprise financial systemsandhow itinterfaceswithKyriba

  • Prior experience in a regulated or highly compliant environment, such as healthcare or life sciences.

  • Peopleleadership or matrix leadership experience.

  • Language: Englishrequired;additionalEuropean or APAC languages preferred.

  • Travel: Up to ~15% international travel.

  • Certifications: Treasury or finance certifications (e.g., CTP)preferredbut notrequired

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
