Job Description

Promote the Blue Star Program to GMs, AVPs, and agency leaders, and organize Career Orientation Programs for potential Blue Star candidates. Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing full-time agents in accordance with the Blue Star Program curriculum and competency requirements. Arrange training sessions and activities to support participants throughout and after the program (Blue Star Club). Motivate and engage ALs, GMs, and AVPs to support the Full-Time Agent Development Program in terms of recruitment, development, and follow-up on sales targets within the assigned area.

Key responsibilities:

1. Full-Time Agent Promotion

• Promote the Blue Star Program to GMs, AVPs, and agency leaders.
• Organize Career Orientation Programs (COPs) for potential candidates and interested agency leaders.

1. Full-Time Agent Recruitment and Selection

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for Blue Star Program candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure suitability for the program.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of trainers for the program in line with future business strategies.

1. Full-Time Agent Development

• Deliver training programs to full-time agents participating in the Blue Star Program.
• Design and implement post-training activities through the Blue Star Club to reinforce learning and enhance agent performance.
• Monitor and support the ongoing development of full-time agents throughout the program.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or other related fields
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales Training and Development, Sales/ Distribution, Sales Support, Sales Communications, or other related fields in the banking or insurance industries
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
