Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a technical team to do the project delivery and evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions.
• Being responsible for the complete scope, solution design, build, test, implement and/or maintaining multiple mobile applications, web applications and developing innovative applications to demonstrate alignment to the Digital strategy roadmap and business users.
• Working across the full stack, including software development, API integration, data warehouse, security, infrastructure, network, performance tuning, and user experience.
• Ability to test your own work and ensuring sites are functioning properly and are available to users.
• Coordinating web/mobile application development throughout the lifecycle with all stakeholders e.g. users, vendors, designers, infrastructure team.
• Communicating plans, status, risks and issues to project governance team and stakeholders in a timely manner, as well as escalate any potential issues where required.
• Investigating and resolving application functionality related issues, provide first level support, troubleshooting and identifying modification needed to meet business processes.
• Assisting in managing an outsourced relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
• Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software, provide system architecture design.
• Ability to cope with fast changing environment and possess of good learning agility of new technology, languages so that you can adapt to the evolving needs of our business e.g. IOT, Predictive analysis.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information and Technology, Management Information System or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in technical lead and developer including web-bases application, API webservice technology and database such as .Net core C#, Font-end (React JS, Vue JS, SQL server, GIT source code control).
• Database tuning experience with SQL Server.
• Experienced in good design pattern, scalable architecture from retail business
• Knowledge and experiences in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft power platform, CI/CD would be an advantage.
• Creativity, problem solving skills, analytical and systematic thinking, and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
