Hiring Position Manager/ AVP Information Technology (Security & Compliances Specialist)

Job Responsibilities:

IT security:

• Designing and managing IT system architecture to ensure the quality and security standard.
• Designing strategy and roadmap of end-to-end implementation of IT security.
• Working and coordinating with vendor or external security specialist on security implementation or enhancement.
• Ensuring the overall well-being of secure IT environment.
• Keeping up with the latest related technology to best adapt with the company's environment.

System Administration:

• Installing, configuring, managing and monitoring servers and systems performance, implementing performance tuning and reporting.
• Ensuring the system services including equipment and devices both of on-premises and cloud-based system.
• Troubleshooting server problems, maintaining, planning server operations.
• Being general active directory services and server administration task, such as add or delete user, create shared resources, server configuration, etc.
• Managing and monitoring e-mail system of Microsoft exchange.
• Managing collaboration tools such as video conference, Skype for business, WebEx etc.
• Managing and perform DR and ITCP.
• Managing patch, service pack on servers updated.
• Document system changes through change management, team process and procedures, configuration management and system diagram.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in IT security and system engineer.
• Management skills, new initiative and learning agility.
• Possess strong interpersonal and influential skills towards peers and stakeholders within and outside team.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and quality assurance.
• Service mind, flexible thinking and computer literacy.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Goal Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
