The Manager will oversee the entire Audio-Video Editorial Team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with institutional goals, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Plan, assign, and supervise AV projects, ensuring timely delivery.- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand content needs.- Lead team meetings, delegate tasks, and monitor project progress.- Maintain budgets for equipment, software, and production resources.- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and institutional policies.- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing video content quality and reach.- Provide training and skill development opportunities for team members.- Report team activities and project outcomes to the institution's leadership.
