About the Role

The Manager, Procurement –Audits and Riskmgmt.for Directs and CMOis responsibleforstrengthening governance, transparency, and risk resilience across the end-to-end sourcing lifecyclefor directs materials and contractmanufacturers This role ensures that procurement activities not onlycomply withinternal policies and external regulations but also create strategic value through risk-informed decision-making

KeyResponsibilities

Procurement Audit & Compliance

• Design and execute audit programs across direct materials sourcing (e.g., raw materials, components, packaging)and contract manufacturers

• Assess adherence to procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements

• Execute second-line assurance activities to assess operational compliance with the framework,identifyinggaps and driving corrective actions

• Collaborate withInternal Audit and Compliance teams on risk-based audit planning

Risk Management

• Develop andmaintaina procurement risk framework covering supply, financial, geopolitical, ESG, and operational risks

• Monitorsupplier risk assessments and ongoing monitoring (financial health, capacity, single-source exposure), in close alignment withthecategory strategies andTPRM process

• Build end-to-end sourcing and contracting processin line with risk framework, toolroadmapand future state goals

• Monitor and keep oversight ofmitigation strategies including dual sourcing, contract safeguards, and contingency planning

• Lead risk reviews for critical suppliers and high-value sourcing decisions

• Support the reporting into relevant Supply Risk forms including material preparation and generation of reporting metrics

Contract & Commercial Governance

• Ensure contracts includeappropriate riskprotections (e.g., liability clauses, price mechanisms, service levels)

• Review and auditcontracts toidentifygaps

• Support dispute resolution and claims management with suppliers

Data Analytics & Insights

• Use data analytics toidentifyanomalies, cost leakage, fraud indicators, and compliance gaps

• Develop dashboards and KPIs for procurement risk and audit performance

• Provideactionable insights to senior stakeholders to improve sourcing strategies

Supplier Governance & ESG

• Assess supplier compliance with ESG, ethical sourcing, and sustainability standards

• Support responsible sourcing initiatives and regulatory requirements (e.g., modern slavery, conflict minerals)

• Monitorsupplier improvement plans andmonitorcorrective actions

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with Procurementbuyers, Finance, Legal,Riskand Operations teams globally

• Act as a trusted advisor on procurement risk and governance matters

• Deliver training and awareness programs on procurement compliance and risk management

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelors - Business,Procurement, Risk Management,related fieldsor any Bachelors, combined with relevant experience

• Preferred: Master’s Degree (Business, Supply Chain,Procurement, Risk Management,related fields)

• Good to have: Procurement or related certifications (e.g. CPSM, CPIM, PMP)

• 7-10years in procurementrisk management, procurementsourcingor TPRM

• Deepexpertiseinrisk and auditmanagement

• Strong program governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability tooperateat both strategic and operational levels.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes across the source-to-pay lifecycle

• High levelof fluency in spoken and written English

• High levelofproficiencywith Microsoft Office programs (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel)

• Experience of managing directly and influencing people indirectly; influence senior stakeholders and strategies within and outside of own organizational unit

• Ability to motivate colleagues and work in partnership with others to drive, implement and support change

• Strong analytical,writtenand verbal communications, and influencing skills. Specifically developing presentations and business cases for executive audiences

• Solid understanding of procurement best practices, policies, and tools

• Experience managing the successful delivery of large projects and with end-to-end service / operations management

• Significant experienceworking in a matrix business environment, preferably with global teams

• Demonstrated high learning agility; proven ability to solve complex problems with limited oversight

• Ability to work in high pressure environment, often under tight deadlines

• Motivation for professional development and willingness to coach,mentorand train others

• Remuneration: 16.250 to 22.340 PLN gross/monthly
