In this role, you'll:


Working as part of the People Operations branch, within the Performance and Assurance unit, you will oversee the creation of assurance and compliance programs and for driving compliance activities with leaders.

You will provide subject matter expertise to ensure the People Operations branch aligns with Transport frameworks, policies, legal regulations, and industry standards—while maintaining operational excellence.
A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of compliance through staff education and actively engaging leaders in compliance initiatives. You will ensure that compliance remains front-of-mind and is embedded in all business activities.Using data-driven insights, you will make informed decisions to mitigate compliance risks, address emerging issues, and drive continuous improvement.

About you


Your leadership experience in compliance or regulatory environments positions you to thrive in this role. You have a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, whether within project-based initiatives or systems-focused environments—particularly those involving people systems and HR processes. You bring a proactive, forward-thinking, and pragmatic approach, underpinned by deep expertise in stakeholder engagement and management. Your strong influencing skills will be key to driving adherence to compliance measures across a diverse and dynamic organization.
