Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

Manager / Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet with all Services Level Agreement
• Perform regular upgrades and update for all software to ensure adequate support
• Implement technical projects to fulfil business requirements
• Study and provide recommendations from the operational point of view and assist configuration change with vendors
• Perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations to avoid re-occurrence
• Update regularly on software and hardware inventory and maintain up-to-date system configuration
• Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all critical problems
• Ensure day-to-day change requirements are implemented in a timely and professional manner 
• Occasionally onsite support in Data Center installation of recovery is required
• Perform second-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experiences. Commencing position will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience and competencies
• Certified in Linux and AWS is an advantage
• Experiences in Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker, VCS, vSphere, OpenShift and Kubernetes are an advantage 
• Solid experience in network administration with Strong Knowledge in LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Cloud Network Architecture (AWS & Azure), Micro-Segmentation Firewall, Router/Switch, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, Network Management, Performance Monitoring and Automation Tools
• Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps is an advantage
• Strong operational background in midrange platform 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
