The primary objective of this role is to drive the Bancassurance portfolio with a specific focus on High Net Worth (HNW) clients and strategic project management. The incumbent will design, implement, and oversee insurance-based wealth solutions (Protection and Distribution) to meet financial budgets and enhance the value proposition for the affluent segment.
1. Driving HNW Sales & Strategic Projects:
a. Primary responsibility for driving Bancassurance sales figures (Regular & Single Contribution) for the HNW segment as per the agreed annual budget.
b. Lead and execute strategic projects aimed at digital penetration and process automation for HNW insurance onboarding.
c. Strategize monthly initiatives and bespoke marketing campaigns tailored to the HNW lifestyle and protection needs.
d. Analyze market trends and competitor HNW offerings to provide relevant insights to the sales and product teams.
e. Drive growth of HNW customers
2) Product Development & Solutioning:
a. Collaborate with internal and external partners (Takaful operators/Insurers) to curate exclusive Bancassurance solutions for HNW clients.
b. Manage the end-to-end development of new insurance products, including market research, business viability, SOP development, and regulatory approval.
c. Drive the migration and conversion of Bancassurance products onto digital platforms (HL Connect) to enhance customer accessibility.
3) Stakeholder Management & Advisory
a. Act as the key liaison person between HLBI and insurance partners/stakeholders.
b. Provide high-level advisory services and technical support to distribution channels (e.g., Relationship Managers) regarding complex HNW cases.
c. Coordinate specialized product briefings and training sessions to ensure compliance and sales quality.
d. Oversee the preparation of performance reports for management and governing bodies/regulators.
4) Team & Organizational Leadership
a. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver improvements in the Bancassurance sales process and system integration.
b. Promote the organizational mission by embracing new practices and digital values to achieve long-term goals
