Manager Assistant, Digital Workplace
The Manager Assistant for Digital Workplace serves as a critical partner to the DW Vice President and leadership team, enabling effective execution, communication, and operational alignment across the organization. This role acts as a central coordination point, ensuring leadership priorities are delivered with clarity, consistency, and efficiency while supporting key business processes, communications, and colleague engagement initiatives.
This individual brings strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Leadership Support
Advise and manage the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the DW B60 office
Support leadership team with meeting logistics, materials, and organizational deliverables
Communications & Content Development
Develop and deliver organizational communications including town halls, announcements, and leadership messaging
Contribute content and ensure timely completion of communications and deliverables to the UCIO office
Assist in creating executive-level presentations for a variety of audiences
Business Operations & Planning
Run business planning and operational processes across Digital Workplace
Track deliverables, priorities, and key initiatives to ensure alignment and execution
Support headcount tracking and financial management activities
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Serve as a central point of contact for Digital Workplace
Partner closely with leadership, UCIO office, and cross-functional stakeholders
Act as a pulse for the organization by identifying risks, sentiment, and evolving needs
Colleague Engagement & Talent Processes
Lead colleague engagement initiatives and activities
Support PMP and talent assessment processes
Liaise with the Colleague Strategic Partner to support talent strategy and execution
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide backup administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, and logistics
Ensure smooth coordination of meetings, events, and leadership engagements
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
Proven ability to build relationships and influence across teams
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiency

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
