Responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the efficient day-to-day operation of the property, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, compliance, administrative duties, and general office operations.

Office experience and customer service experience required. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable interacting professionally with residents, applicants, vendors, employees, and the public. Must be able to answer incoming telephone calls professionally, operate standard office equipment, perform general office and administrative duties, and maintain an organized office environment.

Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
Occasional need (1% to 33% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to inspect property and surrounding neighborhood, make trips to the bank, and also visit the Corporate Office.
Ability to solve problems with no direction. Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
