
The Role
Do you enjoy learning about and promoting investment products and solutions? If so, come join the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team where our mission is to champion the investment product and capabilities of Fidelity’s multi-asset investment division.
As a Marketing Manager, you will help develop, execute, and analyze the impact of product marketing that will differentiate Fidelity’s investment products and solutions in the marketplace. You’ll work closely with investment, product, and distribution teams to drive compelling, differentiated messaging about our capabilities, and deliver on an array of product marketing activities, including collateral, presentations, digital content and support of new product launches. This is a diverse and fast-paced marketing role that provides a great opportunity to collaborate across the Marketing organization on strategically important work.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree
3 years of experience working in financial services industry in a marketing communications/program management capacity
Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products
Experience developing a wide range of marketing deliverables and project managing marketing projects
Strong writing skills
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, comfort collaborating across a range of levels, and able to use good judgement in engaging business partners
Highly organized with strong project management skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing work, and handling fast paced timelines
Imagination and curiosity to develop creative ways to communicate investment concepts

Become a member of the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team, and you will partner with Fidelity Asset Management, portfolio managers, investment product groups and distribution channels to develop and deliver compelling, accurate, consistent and timely product content and launch new products! The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
