Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Sr. Manager, LATAM Commercial in IT is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering commercial technologystrategyacross the Latin America region. This role partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, andRegionalleadership to enable growth through scalable, compliant, anddatadrivendigital solutions. The position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact by modernizing commercial capabilities, accelerating execution, and improving customer and patient outcomes across a diverse and dynamic regionand reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional IT commercial strategy for LATAM, aligning technology roadmaps with business priorities and growthobjectives

  • Partner with Commercial and Regional leaders to translate business needs into effective IT solutions and programs.

  • Oversee delivery of commercial systems and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, digital marketing, pricing, and customer engagement tools).

  • Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution to ensuretimely,highqualitydelivery of initiatives.

  • Ensure solutionscomply withJohnson & Johnson / DePuySynthessecurity, privacy, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Manage regional budgets, vendor relationships, and external partners tooptimizecost, performance, and value.

  • Lead, coach, and develop ahighperformingregional IT team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Act as a change leader, supporting adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across LATAM.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, ora relatedfield.

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 8-10 yearsof progressive experience in IT, digital, or technology roles supporting commercial orcustomerfacingfunctions.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and complex,crossfunctionalinitiatives.

  • Strong experience delivering and supporting commercial technologies (e.g., CRM, analytics, digital platforms).

  • Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and influencedecisionmaking

  • Solid understanding of IT governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance in a regulated environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, andproblemsolvingskills.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting commercial organizations within MedTech, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.

  • Regional ormulticountryLATAM experience, including managing diverse markets and stakeholders.

  • Experience leadinglargescaledigital transformation or modernization programs.

  • Familiarity with agile,productbaseddelivery models.

  • Strong financial and vendor management experience.

Other

  • Languages:Fluency in Spanish and Englishrequired; Portuguese preferred.

  • Travel:Up to 25%regionaland international travel.

  • Certifications:IT or project/program management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile) preferred.
