About the job:
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de perfiles de liderazgo técnico para incorporarse al equipo de Canales.
La posición tendrá responsabilidad sobre plataformas y servicios críticos que soportan la operación tecnológica de sucursales y canales del banco, liderando iniciativas de infraestructura, automatización, estabilidad y evolución tecnológica.
Liderar equipos técnicos con foco en operación, arquitectura y mejora continua.
Gestionar plataformas críticas de infraestructura.
Coordinar iniciativas de automatización, deployments y adopción de prácticas DevOps.
Diseñar, robustecer y evolucionar plataformas de infraestructura.
Asegurar disponibilidad, performance y resiliencia de servicios.
Trabajar de manera transversal con equipos de arquitectura, desarrollo, operaciones y proveedores.
Plataformas Linux
Diseño, robustecimiento y evolución de infraestructura
Bases de datos SQL y NoSQL
Clusterización y contenerización de aplicaciones
Cloud & Automation
Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
Sólidos conocimientos de administración Linux. (+5 años)
Experiencia en cloud, automatización y prácticas DevOps.
Experiencia en clusterización y contenerización de aplicaciones.
Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas complejos.
Perfil hands-on con visión integral de infraestructura y servicios.
Excelentes habilidades de coordinación y liderazgo.
Valoraremos perfiles con orientación a mejora continua, capacidad de adaptación y experiencia en entornos de alta disponibilidad y criticidad.
