The role is critical for departmental stakeholder management
and in enabling decision making & driving negotiations
This is a pivotal role in Area India operations that will own and lead
several departmental decisions. The incumbent is expected to be agile
and extremely motivated with understanding information and making
impactful interventions.
Cost analysis and cost reduction –
enable internal negotiations towards the same. Appropriate internal
navigation to take calls with the Area interest in focus.
Pivot external stakeholder relations with CSLA / Customs /
Port authorities / terminals / inland suppliers. Be a key stakeholder
is representation across forums.
Workstream enablers – Inland operations & Equipment. To be the
chief influencer in driving the workstreams in line with our
long-term strategy.
Data ownership & analytics
Decision making to drive Port operation KPIs of scheduled reliability
Operational data ownership & analytics. Accountability of all
relevant dashboards and relevant metrics
Team Management
Create an inspiring team environment with an open
communication culture
Set clear team and individual KPI’s goals
Motivate and lead the team to achieve most efficient
and timely delivery.
Set up internal timely meetings for project kick-offs, creative reviews,
