Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Digital Experience

  • Define the digital product vision and roadmap for unit trust offerings across online and mobile channels.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance investor experience, improve accessibility, and increase digital adoption of unit trust products.
  • Be responsible for delivering digital sales targets and customer penetration through digital channels.

Unit Trust Product Management

  • Partner with investment, product, and operations teams to onboard new funds and distributors onto digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute new product initiatives based on market trends, product gaps, or specific needs from sales distribution channels. Manage end-to-end product launches, including due diligence, internal approvals, regulatory lodgement, and sales & marketing communications.
  • Manage campaigns to promote unit trust products via digital channels.
  • Oversee digital enablement of unit trust products, including fund setup, features, disclosures, and lifecycle changes.
  • Ensure accurate representation of fund information (e.g., NAV, factsheets, prospectus, fees) across all digital touchpoints.

Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

  • Ensure all digital unit trust features comply with regulatory and industry guidelines (e.g., SC, FIMM, AML/CFT, suitability, and disclosure requirements).
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to embed regulatory requirements into product design and workflows.
  • Support regulatory submissions, audits, and system updates arising from new guidelines or circulars.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of coordination between business, technology, operations, distributors, and external partners.
  • Communicate the product roadmap, release updates, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams within a regulated environment.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key metrics such as digital conversion rates, transaction success rates, AUM growth, and customer engagement.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to enhance product performance and investor satisfaction.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Banking, Finance, or Business.
  • Relevant banking experience in established banks or financial institutions is preferred.
  • Experience in fintech or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of current developments and trends in the relevant field, including compliance and risk management.
  • Experience in marketing and campaign management.
