Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an Analytics Quality Manager to lead enterprise efforts focused on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and usability of reporting across the BILH analytics ecosystem.
As BILH advances toward a unified OneBILH analytics environment, the organization requires strong governance to maintain trust in the reports, dashboards, metrics, and automated data processes used by clinicians, administrators, and operational leaders.
The Analytics Quality Manager oversees the quality management lifecycle for enterprise reporting assets, including reports, dashboards, metrics, data extracts, and automated data transfer processes. This role establishes monitoring frameworks, conducts quality audits, and leads initiatives to improve the consistency and reliability of reporting across enterprise analytics platforms.
Working closely with analytics engineering, reporting teams, and operational stakeholders, the Analytics Quality Manager ensures that BILH leaders can rely on analytics outputs to support critical decisions related to patient care, operational performance, and financial outcomes. This role will require 5 years of Epic reporting experience.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ensure alignment between data models, reporting logic, and enterprise data standards.

Collaborate on upgrade impact and remediation of reporting issues

Ensure enterprise reports meet operational needs and maintain trust in reported metrics.
4. Data Governance Leadership
Align reporting standards and metric definitions with enterprise governance policies.
5. IT Platform and Infrastructure Teams
Coordinate on reporting platform performance, upgrades, and reliability monitoring.
6. Data & Analytics Leadership
Provide reporting quality insights, platform performance indicators, and improvement recommendations.
7. Enterprise Data Stewards/Governance Groups
Partner on metric definitions, data integrity issues, and enterprise reporting standards.
Physical Requirements & Environment:
This position is primarily performed in a standard office or remote work environment. Work requires extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual meetings, and collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
Pay Range:
$130,000.00 USD - $165,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
