We are seeking a Manager – Analytics & Data Strategy to lead the evolution of our analytics capabilities into a scalable, governed, and insight-driven ecosystem. This role owns end-to-end analytics delivery—spanning data modeling, reporting frameworks, and advanced analysis—to drive high-impact business decisions across SendTech. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and actionable, while building a strong analytics foundation to support future advanced initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making and translate business problems into analytical solutions

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior data analysts to deliver high-quality client data insights

  • Own and standardize end-to-end reporting frameworks and business-critical Power BI dashboards

  • Design and manage scalable data models across multiple data sources in Snowflake ecosystem

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across reporting pipelines

  • Establish best practices for data governance, documentation, and quality

  • Drive automation through robust ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data stack tools

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve forecasting and client analytics

  • Enable self-service analytics and improve data accessibility for business users

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 9–13 years of experience in Analytics / BI / Data roles

  • Expert SQL skills (complex querying, optimization, data modeling)

  • 5+ years of experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred; strong DAX and modeling)

  • 5+ years of experience in ETL/ELT and data engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (model development, validation, deployment).

  • 5+ years of experience with Python for analytics and automation

  • Proven experience managing teams and mentoring analysts

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.

  • Experience in B2B analytics environments.

  • Experience in AI-driven solutions and AI data agents development.

  • Exposure to shipping/logistics analytics is a plus.
