This technical expert will oversee business and technical analysis activities, application support, testing and validation processes, and key digital platform initiatives while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Manager, Analysis and Implementation will lead technical Business Analysts responsible for solution delivery and operational excellence, including implementation, testing, production support, service performance, and governance. This role is also responsible for advancing organizational agility, optimizing operational effectiveness, and ensuring quality delivery of system enhancements and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the strategy and roadmap for digital platforms and customer-facing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, deliver technology solutions, manage strategic initiatives, and support ongoing innovation and transformation efforts.
• Oversee validation, testing, and quality assurance activities, including review and approval of test plans and integration testing efforts
• Oversee application support – establish metrics and service level agreements, application lifecycle controls and governance, approve and respond to production support issues, including unplanned and emergency change requests, and change management processes
• Provide strategic leadership and ownership for web and digital applications and platforms, including vendor-provided solutions such as Epic and in-house Microsoft-based applications. Oversee product direction, vendor relationships, projects, enhancements, and product demonstrations.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI capabilities and emerging technologies across digital applications and business processes, partnering with business and technology teams to assess use cases, feasibility, risks, and business value and support responsible adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a combination of healthcare operations, analysis, project and/or program management, process improvement, leadership, or related business functions; additional experience my substitute for education requirements
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team development, coaching, performance management, and resource planning
• Knowledge of technical business and system analysis methodologies, project management practices, Continuous Quality Improvement, Agile, or Lean principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Experience building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and driving organizational change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach
• Working knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, including generative AI, with the ability to identify relevant business use cases, evaluate capabilities and limitations, and translate business needs into technology requirements.
• Ability to understand application architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and technical requirements

Preferred Certifications:

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
• Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
• or comparable certifications in business analysis, product management, Agile, and AI technologies.

Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
