We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager, AI Product Security & MLOps. We are seeking a visionary leader to build and manage our new AI Product Security & MLOps team in Krakow. This team's mission is to enable business-focused development teams to build and deploy secure AI products by embedding security directly into the MLOps lifecycle. As the Manager, you will be responsible for setting the team's strategic direction, developing its technical capabilities, and ensuring our AI products are secure by design.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a specialized team of security engineering advisors, seniors, and analysts.
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for AI product security, focusing on integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline and developer workflows.
  • Oversee the team's primary responsibilities:
    • Secure MLOps Integration: Direct the engineering efforts to integrate and manage specialized AI security tools (scanners, firewalls) within developer CI/CD pipelines.
    • Secure AI Patterns: Guide the definition, documentation, and maintenance of "Secure by Design" architectural patterns for all AI development.
    • Model Monitoring & Logging: Oversee the creation of a robust framework for monitoring production AI models for security events and ensure logs are ingested by the SOC.
    • Developer Support: Position the team to act as the primary security consultants for teams building business-facing AI products.
  • Engage with product development, platform engineering, and SOC leadership to ensure alignment on security posture and incident response.
  • Drive the adoption of security best practices throughout the MLOps lifecycle.


What do you bring with you:

  • Extensive experience in application security, cloud security, AI Security or DevSecOps.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of building and managing highly technical security or development teams.
  • Strong background in software development, AI development, and/or AI red teaming.
  • Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI security automation.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business risks into technical security engineering goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a technical vision to both the team and senior leadership.
  • Desirable: Experience with securing AI/ML workloads and services (e.g., Vertex AI); professional certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or cloud security certifications.
