Job SummaryThe AI Applications Integration Manager will lead the integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems, learning management platforms, student information systems, and academic applications to enhance teaching, learning, student success, and operational efficiency across the college.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDesign and manage integration of AI tools into and between the College's enterprise systems and other data-sharing platformsDevelop practical AI modules and research informed content that align academic and workforce programs with evolving AI trends and workforce needs.Partner with faculty, deans, and IT teams to enable AI-enhanced learning experiences and administrative automation.Ensure all integrations comply with FERPA, accessibility standards, and data privacy regulations.Lead integration projects that support student success initiatives and institutional effectiveness.Collaborate with technical teams and campus partners to deliver scalable AI integration solutions across multiple campuses.Build and maintain data pipelines that connect AI tools to enterprise systems, ensuring accurate, reliable data flow between platforms.Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes to maintain system reliability and data integrity.Evaluate AI integration tools and vendors for technical and data compatibility with existing platforms prior to implementation.Develop dashboards and reports that consolidate data across integrated systems to track adoption, performance, and usage trends of AI-enabled tools.Share technical expertise and best practices with peers to support collaboration and consistency across integration projects.Document integration architecture, data flows, and standard operating procedures for AI-enabled platformsPerform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field required· Master’s degree preferred· 6 years’ experience in system integration, including 2 years in AI/ML required· Experience in higher education or public sector IT preferred Licensing & Certification· Valid Texas Driver LicenseSpecial Skills · MS Office Programs· Information Management Systems Competencies · Delivering High Quality Work· Accepting Responsibility· Serving Customers· Supporting Organizational Goals· Driving Continuous Improvement· Acting with Integrity· Thinking Critically· Managing Change· Communicating EffectivelyWorking ConditionsGeneral Office.
