About the role
We're looking for a Senior  Manager - AI and Analytics to lead a high-performing team of business partners, data scientists, and analysts. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with senior leaders to unlock business value through data-driven decision-making while championing the adoption of best-in-class analytics and AI solutions across multiple functions and geographies.

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.

You will be responsible for
  • Lead the design, development and deployment of AI/ML solutions across key business functions.
  • Partner with market leadership teams to drive data‑led decision‑making and embed analytics and AI into everyday business processes.
  • Shape the long‑term AI strategy and contribute to strategic planning (3–5 years).
  • Translate AI and analytics innovations into clear commercial outcomes and competitive advantage.
  • Set measurable KPIs to track the value, performance and adoption of AI initiatives across the business.
  • Drive enterprise‑wide AI adoption, ensuring intelligent tools and insights are embedded into key decision flows.
  • Establish and lead strategic analytics and AI governance to ensure ethical, responsible and effective use of data and AI.
  • Collaborate closely with market and delivery teams to ensure high‑quality execution of analytics programmes.
  • Support AI and analytics upskilling across functions, helping to foster a culture of data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive business change and maximise value from analytics.


You will need
  • Experience in AI, machine learning, data science or related fields, ideally within a large organisation.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading or scaling high‑performing analytics/AI teams.
  • Strong understanding of delivering ML/AI solutions into business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into commercial outcomes.
