Manager, AI & Analytics Engineer — Performance Improvement
Do you have expertise in AI and data engineering, and an interest in performance improvement?
At Deloitte we are building and scaling a suite of AI-powered analytics products that help clients understand cost, workforce, operational and program performance — and then act on it. You'll design, build and productionise AI and analytics assets, stand up the Databricks platform underneath them, and get them adopted by client teams.

You'll join Deloitte's Performance Improvement team within Performance Improvement & Restructuring, part of the Strategy, Risk & Transactions business unit. We help public and private sector clients navigate cost pressure, operational complexity, funding constraints and major transformation agendas.
Our Technology & Analytics capability brings together data analytics, data engineering, software development, platform engineering and AI-enabled delivery, building client-facing applications and analytics assets on Azure, Databricks, SQL, React and TypeScript. The team is small, collaborative and commercially focused — what you build gets used, quickly, in front of clients. You'll report to the Director, Performance Improvement Technology & Analytics.
