The role is responsible for providing high-quality sales training and support to agents to enhance their capabilities and increase their interest in Group Insurance and MPF business. It supports agents in leveraging Group Insurance and MPF products as customer acquisition tools to drive domestic business growth. The role will also develop, implement, and drive sales and promotional campaigns to strengthen sales momentum, increase agent engagement, and stimulate business activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with agencies through regular visits, briefings and handle agents’ enquiries in timely manner
• Expand the no. of MPF license agents and no. of productive agents on group business and MPF business
• Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities to other line of business (eg. Commercial, Personal)
• Provide effective trainings to agents on group business and MPF products
• Assist in develop sales strategies, marketing activities and sales incentive campaigns to support business growth
• Prepare and distribute regular communications, business updates, and promotional materials to agency partners

Job Requirements

• Degree holder
• 8 years of experience on channel development and training on employee benefits products
• Possessing experience in developing other SME businesses is an advantage.
• IA & MPF license holder
• Familiar with market trends of group business and MPF, related rules and practices.
• Ambitious on business growth
• Able to work independently
• Willingness to excel and the ability to establish standards.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
