The Philippines is one of Grab's fastest-growing advertising markets. We are looking for a senior commercial leader to accelerate the next phase of growth by expanding our non-endemic advertising business, strengthening agency partnerships, and building a high-performing commercial organization that positions Grab as the country's leading commerce media platform.
Get to Know the Role
As the Manager, Agency & Country Partnerships, you will lead GrabAds' agency and non-endemic advertising business in the Philippines, with accountability for driving advertising revenue growth from brands, agencies and strategic ecosystem partnerships.
Reporting to the Country Commercial Leadership Team, you will lead the Agency Partnerships, Non-Endemic Client Partnerships and Ad Operations teams, setting the commercial strategy, building executive relationships with agencies and advertisers, and ensuring operational excellence across the advertising business. You will be responsible for growing Grab's share of advertising spend through strategic partnerships with agency holding groups, independent agencies and leading non-endemic advertisers, while working closely with Regional GrabAds, Product, Marketing and Commercial teams to bring innovative commerce media solutions to market.
This role is suited for an experienced media and marketing practitioner who combines strong commercial leadership with deep expertise in digital advertising, agency partnerships and enterprise sales. Success will be measured through sustained revenue growth, strategic client partnerships, operational excellence and the development of a high-performing organization.
