This manager position reports to the Senior Manager of Agency Compliance and aims to assisting in Risk Management and Business Monitoring related issues, implementing risk framework, and other tasks assigned by the superior to smoothen the entire operation process.

s:

• Maintain a comprehensive view of the agency or business unit’s risk universe. Identify, assess, and prioritize operational, regulatory, and strategic risks. Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) / Business Information Security Office (BISO) in evaluating business proposals, projects, and strategies for risk exposure. Handle and support ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor.
• Act as Division’s risk representative. Coordinate and work with the business units on risk/scenario/impact analysis and assessment, Quality Assurance Dashboard review, System Access Review, Business Continuity Program for and implementation of regulatory and internal requirements. Collaborate with business units, compliance, and operational teams to embed risk management practices. This is also including addressing internal enquiries as well as supporting the supervisor for appropriate engagement with relevant stakeholders on issues that may impact PHKL, PGHK and Macau Branch.
• Monitor key risk indicators and ensure timely escalation of emerging risks. Support the implementation of the Group Incidents & Issues Management Standards. Coordinate investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation plans for risk events. Prepare, coordinate and deliver compliance/risk reports (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc) to senior management, committees, ERM/BISO, etc.; to support minuting when deemed necessary.
• Participate in the development and implementation of risk frameworks, including the Group Risk Framework and Conduct Risk Policy. Promote a strong risk culture and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provide training and guidance to enhance risk awareness across the teams and agency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years relevant working experience in insurance related scope. With less experience, will consider the grading as Assistant Manager
• Excellent at Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese•
• Good communication and presentation skills
