The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reconciliations. This role manages the pharmacy’s receivables, monitors outstanding balances, and works closely with insurance companies, customers, and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
Key duties include reviewing invoices for accuracy, maintaining patient and payer records, preparing regular aging reports, and implementing effective collection strategies.
The manager will also ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, assist in month-end closing, and support financial audits.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with pharmacy billing systems are essential for success in this position.
