YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a dynamic manager who embodies a mix of analytical, team management and collaboration skills, along with strategic, innovative thinking. As a Growth Manager, Account Management, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our Small and Medium partners for Glovo’s restaurants in Spain, at scale. You will ensure you develop a highly talented team of Account Managers to deliver the next phase of growth for this crucial part of our business.
THE JOURNEY
Strategy & analysis:
Develop and implement the long-term commercial growth strategy for small and medium restaurants in Spain.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to help our partners expand their businesses on the Glovo platform.
Collaborate with HQ team to align on overall commercial strategy and its implementation. This includes new product launches and changes in operational processes.
Translate overall company goals into tangible targets for your team.
Analyze business and financial data to inform key decisions and identify new business opportunities that will contribute to success.
Team Management:
Lead and inspire a team of 10+ talented professionals, driving them towards achieving excellence and exceeding commercial targets.
Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and monitor the team’s performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Actively contribute to the development of the team, fostering a supportive environment that encourages learning, growth, and collective success
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, HQs, finance) to deliver a best-in-class execution and foster a collaborative work environment.
Experience & Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Business Consultancy or Big Tech.
Excellent Spanish and English skills, with strong communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive key insights.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams up to 11 FTE
Experience in process management and optimization, improving efficiency and team productivity.
A strategic approach, capable of defining and executing clear growth strategies.
A high level of autonomy, making strategic decisions that impact business growth
