JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a skilled Account Manager with a passion for fostering long-term client relationships? Do you excel at managing existing customer accounts, driving retention, and maximizing opportunities for growth? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Elizabethtown, NC! At Campbell Oil we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We’re looking for an Account Manager to oversee and maintain a strong customer base, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow an existing customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion of share of wallet.
- Oversee internal processes, including account setup, order fulfillment, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Support Sales Representatives as needed on new business development (NBD), ensuring a smooth transition from the sale to account management.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services/products.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Strong focus on customer retention and relationship management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless customer service
- Ability to support sales teams in growing the business while managing existing accounts
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
