Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is looking for a motivated and curious Analytics Manager to define analytics strategy for the growing ACA Individual market segment. In collaboration with segment leadership, the candidate will be responsible for defining analytic and reporting priorities for the segment. With matrix partners and teammates, they will define reporting needs within and outside the segment and ensure segment needs are addressed. With their team, the candidate will be responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining analytic capabilities that fall within their team’s scope. They will use their capabilities and other sources to develop insights to inform executive decision making regarding product, marketing, distribution, and participation. The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience in government health programs, especially the ACA Individual market.
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing an assigned business unit. Operate within broad objectives to ensure optimum utilization of resources; adapt business unit plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Evaluate policies, procedures and business unit goals to make decisions and solve problems.
