In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Aboriginal Employment Unit, delivering employment and development initiatives across Transport for NSW.
This role will see you lead the design, delivery and evaluation of programs that support career growth, workforce participation and long-term employment outcomes.
You will build and oversee culturally responsive programs that attract, develop and retain Aboriginal talent, while collaborating with recruitment and business teams to manage placements, support participant progression and provide pastoral care in a dynamic and purpose driven environment.

About you
You identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person
You are highly experienced in designing and delivering Aboriginal employment programs and initiatives.
You will bring strong capability in managing relationships within programs and supporting individual development, with a keen ability to identify opportunities for individuals and guide them toward achieving their goals.
You demonstrate strong management and organisational skills, effectively coordinating multiple priorities and delivering outcomes efficiently. You also have a strong people focus, enabling you to build meaningful connections and manage stakeholder relationships with confidence and professionalism.
Additionally, you possess proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex program dynamics with sound judgement and adaptability.
