Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on immigration matters.
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration requirements, processes, timelines, and compliance obligations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of immigration services, maintaining high service quality standards.
  • Resolve complex client issues and provide practical solutions during periods of regulatory change or uncertainty.
  • Monitor developments in immigration regulations and policies and communicate relevant updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop recommendations and solutions for complex immigration matters and compliance challenges.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent client service.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and client-focused team environment.
  • Support knowledge sharing, technical training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Manage engagement profitability, billing, and financial performance of client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and operational efficiency and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.
  • Support internal projects, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Participate in business development activities and identify new client opportunities.
  • Support proposals, client presentations, and growth initiatives.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and external stakeholders to expand business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in Malaysia inbound immigration.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing corporate client portfolios and leading teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good business acumen, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
