• Creating and managing the integrated program schedule by working with cross functional teams.
• Escalating key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.
• Have experience managing ODMs and ODM related Programs
• Lead the development and operations teams in planning, prioritizing and executing product qualification and successful product ramps.
• Driving the Product Life Cycle process compliance by ensuring phase checklist compliance and coordinating phase reviews, and provide enterprise-wide product development status information at weekly intervals.
• Publishing monthly metrics on actual performance to commitments.
• High level strategic decision making through detailed analysis and material preparations.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor engineering-Preferred
• Flash storage industry-Preferred
• Program and project management
• 15 years of experience working as Engineering Program Manager
