The Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the financial and administrative operations within the Insurance L&A department. • Lead and manage a team of professionals in the SGU_F&A Ops department, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including financial reporting and analysis.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the department, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping, maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies and ensure seamless operations.

• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and closing processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• A proactive and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving approach to complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are highly advantageous.
