Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in the Specifications department. This role is crucial for driving the company's growth and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Manager will lead a team, providing product training and expertise in UPS specifications, and will be responsible for consultant coverage in the North Region.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and expertise in specifications and compliance.
  • Prepare and review product specifications, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, especially in the North Region, to ensure effective coverage and support.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations, and incorporate them into the team's practices.
  • Conduct product trainings and workshops for the team, enhancing their knowledge and skills in UPS specifications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and a unified approach to specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our expertise and network.
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in UPS specifications and a deep understanding of the electrical and digital systems industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on compliance.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for specifications and compliance management.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing industry dynamics.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications or additional qualifications in project management or leadership are preferred.
  • A strong work ethic, a results-driven mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
