Job Description


Manager – Digital Marketing, Social Media, website, AI - Brand Building (based in Mumbai)

  1. 5–8
    years of hands-on digital marketing experience — SEO/SEM, paid media
    (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), website management (WordPress/Webflow), and
    YouTube/video content strategy

  2. Demonstrated
    experience running or managing social media channels for a B2B brand —
    LinkedIn-heavy, with measurable follower growth and engagement metrics

  3. Experience
    marketing AI or tech products/platforms — ideally SaaS, AI tools, or
    professional services firms with a tech identity

  4. Proficiency
    with AI-powered marketing tools — e.g. HubSpot AI, Jasper, Surfer SEO,
    Synthesia, or equivalent for content, SEO, and campaign automation

  5. Experience
    working with or for US-based clients — understanding content tone,
    messaging cadence, and platform preferences of prospective clients

  6. Ability
    to manage video production pipelines — scripting, working with
    creators/agencies, YouTube channel management, short-form reels for
    LinkedIn/Instagram

  7. Working
    knowledge of marketing analytics platforms — Google Analytics 4, Search
    Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and reporting dashboards

  8. Experience
    with website performance and CRO — A/B testing, landing page optimisation,
    conversion tracking

  9. Has
    built or contributed to a brand narrative around technology/AI — thought
    leadership content, whitepapers, webinars, or eminence-building campaigns
