·Possess a deep understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings. Use this knowledge to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and operations.·Conduct thorough analysis of P&L and balance sheet statements.·Oversee the development of financial models to support forecasting and planning, identifying trends and potential challenges.·Review reports that provide valuable insights, aiding strategic decision-making and improving financial transparency·Lead financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.·Drive process improvements and implement automation in reporting to enhance efficiency and standardization.·Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and oversee project delivery to align with strategic objectives.·Handle escalations/performance related discussion of KGS teams with the onshore stakeholders and help with issue resolution and documentation·Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.·
