Roles & responsibilities
Being a part of KPMG Asset Management Platform Development, the candidate will be part of design & develop various features in the platform engineering space .
In addition to above:
Work on developing proof of concepts on various use-cases
Open to learn different tools and technologies related to KPMG Audit Data & Analytics
Ability to handle stakeholder relationships across member firms
Understanding of industry best practices about programming and business intelligence
Be a coach / mentor to a team of Managers, Seniors, Associates, and train them to deliver high quality solutions
Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize the development process minimizing opportunities for any delays
Demonstrate professionalism, industry competence and clarity of communication when dealing with the engagement teams
Use technology (on specific areas of work), continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery
Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team's skills on industry specific areas of work
Coordinate with onshore team to understand the business needs and work with development team to build custom solutions Development

Roles & responsibilities
Take technical responsibility across all stage and iterations of software development. Has oversight on the design, development and implementation of fixes and enhancements to existing modules or new modules
Actively participate in selection of appropriate software design methods, tools and techniques
Provide advice and guidance to application designers and others on the best practices
Participate in data architecture and software architectures decisions guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet the current and future business needs
Lead exploration of new approaches for data visualization
Coordinate with various stakeholders for testing of new versions of tools
Coordinate testing of new solution releases working with the Product Integrity team
Ensure effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained
Monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders
Manage people
Lead projects
Lead / participate in firm’s strategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs
Experience working in leading audit firms with proven technical project management skills — managing teams on multiple projects in client-facing roles/debugging skills
Drive ideas related to efficiencies, compliance and projects
Contribute to business development and drive strategic programs and projects; to be implemented within the agreed time and budget
Sound understanding of various internal frameworks and guidelines; ensuring adherence of self and team

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Should have strong programming experience with Angular 10+, .NET Core, C#, Design Patterns, Java script, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web Api, Identity Concepts, Co pilot basics, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, SQL Server, Basics of No SQL, OOPs Concepts
Exposure to AZURE Services, Kubernetes
Working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript, Knockout JS, SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web API, Kendo Controls
Experience with Agile tools like Jira,
Good understanding of object-oriented programming
Proficient with versioning tools, such as GIT, TFS
Good experience on micro service architecture
Strong knowledge on SQL Server
Responsive design
Basics of AI concepts and development
