Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Alignment
•Lead GTM & Growth Strategy Sessions: Develop and manage structured agendas for Go-To-Market and growth update meetings to drive strategic regional focus and accountability.
•Fall Rush Campaign Leadership: Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of Fall Rush initiatives, including offer deployment, tactical execution, and GLA support coordination.
•Hyperlocal Campaign Execution: Coordinate projects like Door Tagging and Youth Sports Sponsorships.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
•Daily Regional Performance Tracking: Provide real-time updates on key performance metrics during the Fall Rush window to inform agile decision-making.•Project Tracking for Media Execution: New Project alignment to initiate media execution tied to ME projects.•Tracking for Hyperlocal Campaigns: Connects in Door Tagging areas, Impressions/CTR for Youth Sports.•Incentive Tracking: Maintain budget, submit winners for monthly incentives,
Communications & Enablement, Incentives
•Keystone Marketing Minute: Deliver regular, digestible updates on new offers and initiatives to ensure field teams are informed and equipped.•Offer Communication & Playbook Management: Provide timely updates on offers—including Xfinity Membership—across all channels and maintain the Quarterly Offer Playbook for consistent field execution.•Meeting Engagement: Actively host, co-host, or participate in key cross-functional meetings (e.g., CIA, Xfinity Ambassadors, Smarketing, Retail + CAS Huddles) to ensure alignment•National Incentives: Act as regional liaison for HQ Incentive Council, sharing national incentivesRequesting additional funds to support regional initiatives.
Special Projects & Events
•Support the planning and execution of special projects, including internal S&M meetings and sales channel events to foster alignment and motivation across teams.•Incentive Management: Manage strategy and budget for Sales and Marketing Incentives.
Field Insights & Customer Experience
•Store/Field Visits & Insight Gathering: Conduct regular store/field visits to capture frontline feedback and customer insights, informing continuous improvement efforts.
