Throughout the management traineeship, you’ll rotate across multiple departments, gaining broad exposure to both strategic and technical challenges. Through our management traineeship, you will unlock your potential and develop a well-rounded understanding of ASML. Every 9 months, you will rotate into a new and different assignment (leading to four assignments). You will have the opportunity to undertake various roles within all of the following sectors at ASML: Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Planning & Delivery, Customer Support, and IT. While you’ll operate in a technical environment, your role will not require a focus on any specific technical expertise. Instead, the assignments will challenge you to incorporate various skills and a well-rounded understanding.
