Lap 2: The 60-Second Video Elevator Pitch
Show us who you are. Shortlisted candidates will submit a 60-second video introducing themselves and demonstrating their communication skills, personality, and aspirations.
Candidates who pass the video screening will complete our online behavioral and personality profiles to map their innate leadership strengths. No eliminations, this is for curating balanced teams for our live Assessment Center.
Lap 4: Full-Day Physical Assessment Center (Including 45-Min Aptitude/IQ Test)
Step into the action. Experience a full day of immersive simulations, teamwork challenges, problem-solving activities, and an aptitude assessment designed to explore your potential in a hospitality leadership environment.
The final selection stage consists of a strategic panel interview with our General Manager, Director P&C, and operational directors.
