Job Description

Interwood is one of Pakistan’s leading furniture and interior solutions companies, with a strong presence in manufacturing, retail, projects, and customized solutions. We are looking for two young, energetic Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) to join our Procurement team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with up to 1 year of experience preferred who want to build a career in manufacturing procurement, supplier management, sourcing, category handling, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing assigned material categories
  • Support RFx, supplier follow-ups, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and suppliers
  • Track material availability and delivery timelines
  • Help resolve day-to-day sourcing and supply issues
  • Support data analysis, reports, and procurement projects
  • Learn category planning, supplier evaluation, and cost control

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Engineering / MBA / Supply Chain graduates.
  • Fresh to 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Practical, energetic, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ownership mindset with strong follow-up ability.
