Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking highly motivated Management Trainee to join our Live Production (Poultry) team. This program is designed to develop future leaders who will oversee farm operations and ensure poultry production meets target performance in terms of quality, efficiency, and animal welfare. Trainees will gain hands-on experience across farm management, biosecurity, production planning, and team leadership.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support day-to-day poultry farm operations to ensure production targets are achieved (growth rate, FCR, mortality, Production Period of Poultry farm ).
  • Monitor farm performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain strict biosecurity and animal welfare standards.
  • Assist in managing farm environment conditions such as ventilation, temperature, and humidity.
  • Coordinate with veterinarians, nutritionists, and supply chain teams.
  • Supervise farm workers and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cost.
  • Join structured rotations within live production functions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.
  • Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026.
  • Basic knowledge in poultry or livestock production.
  • Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret farm performance metrics (FCR, mortality, growth).
  • Knowledge in biosecurity, animal welfare, and disease prevention.
  • Understanding of poultry production systems (broiler or layer).
  • Internship or experience in farms or agricultural operations.
  • Willingness to work in farm environments and flexible schedules.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage farm teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving ability.

Work Conditions

This role is primarily field-based in poultry farms,Hachery and may require working in rural areas, shifts, weekends, and handling urgent farm situations.
