Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lab-to-bulk fabric development process, ensuring a smooth transition from laboratory trials to bulk production.
• Assist in evaluating lab dips and verifying colour matching against customer requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with Colour Management, Dyeing, Finishing, and Quality teams to address shade variations and technical issues.
• Support communication with customers and suppliers regarding shade approvals and technical feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of colour approvals, shade standards, and development activities.
• Assist in monitoring quality standards and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the team in meeting development timelines and customer requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field from a recognized institute.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of textile colour evaluation, fabric processing, and quality standards would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in the textile industry.
