Your first year will be based in San Diego, but you must be willing to relocate to another company location after year one. What You'll Learn

Over approximately 18–24 months, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of running a successful business, including:

• Sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Warehouse operations, inventory, and purchasing
• Financial management, budgeting, and profitability
• Operations, logistics, and project coordination
• Team leadership and business strategy

You'll receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience designed to prepare you for future profit center leadership.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is competitive, driven, personable, and excited about the opportunity to build a long-term career in business leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in sales and leadership
• Willingness to learn the business from the ground up, including warehouse operations
• Ability and willingness to relocate after the first year
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship

Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but no renewable energy industry experience is necessary.
