  As a Management Trainee with Jollibee Group, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop the essential skills and experience required to become a successful restaurant manager. In this full-time role based in Lemery, Batangas you will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of restaurant operations, from customer service and team leadership to inventory management and financial reporting.

  What you'll be doing

  • Rotate through various departments within the restaurant to gain a comprehensive understanding of daily operations
  • Assist the restaurant manager in leading and motivating a team of passionate food service professionals
  • Contribute to the implementation of Jollibee's world-class customer service standards
  • Participate in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting processes
  • Collaborate with the regional team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Undergo comprehensive training to develop your management and leadership skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
