We're looking for a Management Trainee within Operations to join Dachser/Frigoscandia Nordics – an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact and grow with the business.

About the Program

Over 18 months, you will gain unique insight into our operations while working closely with both operational teams and business leaders:

• Introduction to Dachser/Frigoscandia and our Nordic organization
  – learning our values, processes, and ways of working.
• 6 months focused on Sustainability
  – actively contributing to the development of efficient and long-term sustainable solutions across our supply chain.
• 6 months within Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and development projects
  – supporting ongoing integration initiatives and business improvement projects.
• 6 months in a tailored placement
  – based on your profile, working close to the operations within one of our business areas.

Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced leaders and operational teams, gradually taking on greater responsibility for projects, deliverables, and real business challenges.

The position can be based at any of Dachser/Frigoscandia's Nordic locations, including:

• Sweden; Helsingborg, Jönköping, Stockholm, Gothenburg
• Denmark; Kolding, Hvidovre

Who Are We Looking For?

You are someone who:

• Brings drive, energy, and a strong ambition to grow.
• Wants to work close to the business and understand how things works in really.
• Has recently completed, or is about to complete, a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Communicates fluently in English and speaks either Swedish or Danish.
